For analysis issues, include the building address, app version and a screenshot of the result or error. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. You can also send a 0–10 rating and comment from the Roof Estimate screen.
Search an address or select a building on the map, then tap Roof Analysis. Reports contain estimated measurements, pitch and 2D/3D reconstruction where supported LiDAR coverage exists. Reports run in the background; open completed results from Notifications. Reopening a completed report does not use another analysis credit. Failed or insufficient-data reports release their reserved credit. Coverage and quality vary by building.
